300 mm version of the inkjet coating device for perovskite solar cells

Please contact us for the inkjet method of perovskite solar cells.

A device for manufacturing perovskite solar cells using inkjet printing methods. It allows for various techniques using organic solvents such as DMSO/DMF, acetonitrile, TiO2, SnO2, and poor solvents (toluene). By exchanging heads, it is also possible to demonstrate the application of not only the perovskite layer but also the electron transport layer, hole transport layer, and encapsulation film. Heating of the coating surface to 100°C is possible, and an N2 air discharge mechanism is also available. Perovskite crystallization can be achieved using a separate device with the poor solvent method, and a 175 nm light source for surface modification cleaning is available with a separate device. It is a platform for coating on glass with a 300 mm coating area, featuring a 3-axis linear stage, precise negative pressure control for the head, a high-speed inspection machine for nozzle defects, and a maximum coating speed of 1 m/s. Pattern coating is possible, eliminating the need for laser pattern cutting.

Innovation in structure and construction methods using inkjet technology for lithium batteries.

Lithium battery ⇒ Bipolar ⇒ Dry electrode ⇒ LFP lithium battery ⇔ Inkjet application Which battery manufacturer will complete the development first?

Which type of lithium battery is applicable for inkjet? Is it also applicable for the formation of positive and negative electrodes? Lithium battery ⇒ Bipolar ⇒ Dry electrode ⇒ LFP lithium battery ⇔ Which battery manufacturer will be the first to complete development for inkjet application? Is the key the Su adhesion method on both sides of the current collector? Bipolar ⇒ Dry electrode ⇒ LFP lithium battery is the only method that surpasses Chinese, Korean, American, and EU batteries in terms of price, performance, and compactness. ● The inkjet method enables liquid application processes and plating processes with a discharge of up to 100 cps, contributing to process efficiency. Other processes are also possible.

The superiority of inkjet / Solutions to challenges by Epson

A process with low material usage and waste! Cost reduction is possible by reducing materials and the number of processes.

Non-contact printing, with its high degree of freedom in ink selection, enables the utilization of materials and substances that could not be accommodated by analog printing, and has further developed into applications in drug discovery, biotechnology, and the energy sector. The elimination of plates, photomasks, and molds allows for variable process conditions, accelerating research and development through prototyping and small-scale production. During mass production, it becomes possible to contribute to energy conservation, resource savings, waste reduction, and CO2 emissions reduction. At our company, we aim to create advantages over existing processes by widely applying the characteristics of inkjet technology, which allows for selective application and precise placement of liquid materials, to manufacturing sites, thereby contributing to the resolution of social issues. 【Advantages】 ■ Low environmental impact - The process has low environmental burden due to reduced material usage and waste generation. ■ Low cost - Cost reductions can be achieved through the reduction of materials and processes. ■ On-demand capability - Digitalization makes it easier to accommodate small quantities and a variety of products. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
